Custom Fabrication

M&G Millwrights has been providing Custom Metal fabrication for Ontario since 1967. Our large 15,000 sq.ft. Fabrication shop comes fully equipped with 30ft overhead crane heights and a 1,400 sq.ft. paint booth. It is designed to take care of all fabrication from the small steel support jobs to complete large machinery building with capabilities of plasma cutting, shearing, rolling, forming and punching..

Our In-House Design/Drafting Department which provides concept and shop drawings, is supported by the following programs:

Used as 3 dimensional Modeling

Sigmanest

Used with our CNC 4-Head Burn/Plasma cutting table Sheet sizes of 8’ x 20’
Thickness range from 16ga to 3”

The experienced team of licensed fitter/welders and operators have proven their professionalism and resourcefulness for both small and large projects. Many of the crew have been with M&G for over 20 years. Working with the Engineers and you our customer, we will fabricate in the best way to maximize the efficiency for installation saving both time and money.

M&G is CWB recognized meeting the standard of CSA 47:1 and W59 Div. 2:1. Processes include GMAW, FCAW and SMAW.

We stock many thicknesses and gauges of Mild Steel, Stainless, Galvanized and Manganese Steels.
